Imagine celebrating one of the biggest weekends of your life without worrying about the details. This summer, a collective of Northeast Pennsylvania wedding creatives has come together to gift one couple a fully designed wedding weekend—from the rehearsal dinner to the last dance.

More Than a Wedding

We’re not just giving away a wedding day. We’re creating an experience. A weekend filled with meaningful moments, thoughtful design, incredible hospitality, and a team dedicated to making your celebration unforgettable. From your rehearsal event through your wedding day, every detail has been intentionally planned to create a celebration that feels effortless, personal, and completely immersive.

The Vision

Inspired by editorial design, dramatic draping, candlelight, layered textures, and timeless romance, this experience is unlike anything we’ve created before. Our goal isn’t simply to host a beautiful wedding, its to create an immersive artful experience for you & your VIPS. It’s an opportunity for us to flex our creative muscle, think outside the box, and be a part of something extraordinary while supporting the local community that has supported us throughout these incredible years in this industry.

What’s Included

Your Wedding Weekend Experience includes contributions from an incredible team of wedding professionals, including:

A thoughtfully curated, intimate wedding weekend designed for one couple and 30 of the people who matter most.

A rehearsal mixer hosted by Sergeis, complete with an hour of cocktails, passed hors devours and mingling with your people on a Saturday night.

An intimate Sunday wedding complete with cocktail hour, attire, live artist, complete photo & video coverage, content creation, entertainment, ceremony, reception, decor all thoughtfully executed by the areas most in demand wedding creatives.

No stressing over seating charts. No endless guest lists. No feeling obligated to invite that third cousin you haven’t seen since Easter of 2005.

Just you, your favorite people, and an unforgettable celebration where every detail has already been thoughtfully designed.

How It Works

July 15

Applications Open, Social Launch Is LIVE. The only catch, you have to follow each vendor on instagram to qualify & share the post to your story, this will also keep your friends in the loop for when the public voting starts if you’re selected as a finalist.

Our creative team will thoughtfully review every application.

Five finalist couples will be selected.

↓

The finalists will be introduced publicly, and the community will help us choose one winning couple.

One couple will receive the fully gifted Wedding Weekend Experience.

And because every great story deserves to be celebrated, the remaining finalists won’t walk away empty-handed. Our Vendor partners will offer exclusive credits, gifts, and promotions packed with value.
